Refund and Returns Policy

All orders are dispatched promptly once notification of payment has been received from PAYPAL, Mastercard or Visa.

Please check your shipping address carefully!

We only ever deliver to your Shipping Address, not your Invoice Address.

Cancellations prior to despatch will be accepted with the exception of customised and special orders.

Account Customers – A 5% Surcharge will be applied to

amounts outstanding beyond 90 days of payment being due.

Returns for refund will be accepted on a case by case basis.

All returns will incur a 15% restock fee (faulty product returns excepted)

Exchanges will incur a handling fee of $2.00 per diary.

Exchanges will only be accepted if goods are returned in a saleable condition and at the purchasor’s expense.

Errors on our part will be corrected immediately upon notification!

Items that are not collected from Australia Post and become ‘Return to Sender’, will incur a $10 handling fee.

Re delivery will be charged at the calculated postage rate and not our advertised rate.

Standard Shipping is calculated as:

1 planner,  $9.95 anywhere in Australia flat rate.

Melbourne Metro: Up to 10 planners, $9.95 + $1.50 each after the first 10.

Capital Cities and Regional Areas: 1st planner, $9.95 + $1.50 each after the first.

NT, FNQ, Outside Perth Metro and Remote ares: 1st planner, $9.95 + $3.30 each after the first.

 

Terms and conditions 

1. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia in the state in which they apply and any issues not directly addressed by the Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with such laws. 
2. Australian Teachers Chronicle will ensure that all products/services are provided in accordance with agreed timeframe and to a professional standard. 
3. Australian Teachers Chronicle uses third party couriers / Australia Post to ship goods. We will not take any responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs once the books leave our premises. 
4. The Client and/or Customer agrees to notify Australian Teachers Chronicle should they be unsatisfied with the work performed within 48 hours of receipt of goods. 
5. The Client agrees to make payment for goods in the amounts indicated set out in the invoices of purchase orders within 30 days of the receipt of goods. 
6. The Client understands that they may be charged administration fees and or interest if the account falls out of Australian Teachers Chronicle payment terms which is payment to be made within 30 days or on the receipt of goods.

8. Should the Client fail to make timely payments invoices issued, Australian Teachers Chronicle shall have the right to hire collections agencies or legal representatives to pursue payment and have any associated direct or indirect costs reimbursed by the Client
